We continuously monitor inventory, process deliveries, and notify customers about low stock levels and delivery.

If you find a good deal on a bulk purchase but don’t have enough storage – we got your back. Go ahead and order what you need and let us worry about storage. We offer drop shipping and countless of our customers take advantage of this feature. The freight is dropped right at our location, and we unload it as needed. We will monitor your inventory and if there are requirements for climate-controlled units, we will arrange that as well.

INSPECTION

Brield makes inventory management a breeze. Our state-of-the-art facilities are complemented by our award-winning workflow, where we have redefined the concept of quality control. We heavily deploy technology to automate monitoring and inspection when possible and as an added safety measure, we deploy physical examinationby our expert staff to ensure your inventory is safe and sound.

Our staff inspectsall deliveries upon receipt, and our facility staffwill perform periodic checks every few hours to ensure the integrity of the inventory. Finally, when it’s time for your product to be shipped out, our staff do a final round of inspection to ensure your customers are receiving what they ordered.

Advanced Protocols are essentially a Plan B. We stress to all customers how important it is to set these up while using our services. These protocols lay out a plan of action in the event a certain circumstance occurs. Out of stock on a particular product? You can have an AP in place that addresses the issue. It may direct staff to substitute another product in its place. This does several things. It saves time, eliminates stress, and prevents last-minute scrambling to fill the orders and get them out on time.

Our staff already know what to do and they don’t have to waste time waiting for instructions. Something that could have put a complete stop to operations. However, we address all issues quickly and they never turn into insurmountable obstacles.

Load Flexibility

Not two days are the same at Brield. Some days are busier than others, but to make the best use of our time and resources, we have come up with workload balancing techniques that help us and our customers make the most of them. On a busy day, we allow drop shipments where the carrier will leave the container at our facility and our staff will unload them when things slow down. On the flip side, when we are enjoying a slower day, we spend time on pre-loading so when carriers arrive to pick up outgoing shipments, our container is ready to roll!

BARCODING

We have developed a state-of-the-art barcoding technology. Our barcode labels store as many as ninety unique pieces of information about a given product. We create our custom barcode labels and affix these to all items upon delivery. The barcode contains information about the product itself, storage guidelines, expiration date, can distinguish between arrival and departure scans and update inventory accordingly and so much more. If you need to develop your custom barcode labels, we can help you with that aspect as well.

Network Of Carriers

We are proud of our solid relationships with various shipping carriers and freight services. These relationships put us in a unique bargaining position where we can negotiate incredible rates for our customers. We happily pass on these incredible rates to our customers so they can enjoy substantial savings on top of our already low service charge.

Notifications And Edi

EDI stands for Electronic Data Interchange and it allows our customers to receive immediate notifications on the status of their incoming and outgoing deliveries. The system also allows them to make real-time changes to those deliveries. Furthermore, our customers find it convenient to be able to communicate with both internal and external business partners simultaneously. We highly recommend EDI utilization to all our customers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Every analytical business should utilize KPIs to identify the strengths and weaknesses of its operations. KPIs can tell you what you’re doing right and what could be improved upon. Brield can help you set up KPIs and even train your managers on how to use, interpret and direct those findings to make sound business decisions.
