Damaged or expired products cannot be sold, and rightfully, it’s one of the most frustrating things a business owner has to deal with. The majority of inventory losses can be prevented with little effort. Damaged inventory can spill over and negatively impact other aspects of business, making it an even bigger problem.

We take steps to protect your inventory before it even reaches our facility. Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with climate and temperature-controlled units to accommodate products that require climate-controlled storage. Our staff safely and systematically unload each product assigning barcodes and applying labels as each item comes through the door. We scan everything into our system so we know what we have, where it should be stored, and all other miscellaneous information about that product. It’s just following the instruction from thereon!

Our autonomous system monitors inventory levels and expiration dates and provides notifications of the need to place an order or rotate stock so it does not expire before it can be sold. You will receive a system-generated notification when your inventory is approaching the expiration date.

If our staff finds anything concerning, they will promptly alert you so you can decide on the next steps. We are also fully capable of handling hazardous materials and fragile items. We comply with all EPA regulations, state and federal laws while handling such items.s

As we handle a wide variety of products, our staff must receive ongoing and intensive training, and we make sure they do. Some aspects of their job may require certifications and compliance with governmental regulations. They also receive continuous training on safety protocols and techniques.

If you deal with products that need special handling, let us know. We will ensure our staff are handling your product to the exact set of requirements or guidelines set forth by the manufacturer. If needed, our staff will reach out to the manufacturer to confirm what the specifications and requirements are so that everyone is confident they are being handled and stored properly.
