Mail Forwarding Process

Most of our mail forwarding clients live outside of the U.S. Our service enables them to shop with more freedom without having to worry about international shipping restrictions or pricey shipping rates. The concept is simple. Our clients use their U.S. address that we provide them when they sign up for our service. Retailers simply ship their items to us, and we simply forward the package as directed. This allows our clients to shop freely while helping U.S. businesses boost sales.

We beat our competitors in aggressive pricing and superior services. We also allow our clients to share their subscriptions with their family and friends. However, the account holder will be responsible for any bills accumulating from authorized users’ usage. All shipping regulations, laws both domestic and foreign, and carrier-imposed shipping restrictions must always be adhered to.

Our clients love our services as we act as a mail clerk processor for all their incoming mails and packages and we do it for less than any in-house incumbent would have cost.

Anyone using a mail forwarding service is required to complete a USPS 1583 form. This form permits us to serve as your registered mail agent and to process your mail. The direct link to the form can be found here. A copy can also be obtained from your local post office.

To establish ownership of the account holder and verify identity, the payment method (bank account, credit card, PayPal, etc.) must belong to the registered user.

Receiving

Our receiving process is easy and simple. We receive your package or mail on your behalf at the address we provide you during signup. Once received, our staff updates the online portal, so you get an arrival notification. Our staff also inspect packages for defects and damages. If anything noteworthy is found, we will notify you.

We ask our customers to utilize Advanced Protocols, which are standing instructions for our staff if certain conditions were met. This would allow our staff to act on those instructions and not have to wait for your instruction. This saves money and time while increasing efficiency. For example: if there’s an Advanced Protocol for damaged goods to send the item back to the shipper, we can simply follow that without having to wait.

You can also set preferences on shipping methods and carriers. We also offer package consolidation at no extra cost to you, so you can save even more.

Forwarding

Before we forward any packages, we inspect them thoroughly and provide you with photographs that you can view from your portal.

Customers are responsible for any tax and excise. If you need to fill any customs forms, that’s your responsibility as well. However, if you need any assistance or have questions, we are always happy to help in any way we can.
