We do everything in our power to ensure our customers are truly taken care of. Here are a few of the things we do to ensure the safety of every processed order:

Air Bags

Empty spaces within a box will allow products to shift, tip and break during transit. We overcome this problem by using boxes of appropriate size and then secure those empty spaces by using filler materials, bubble wrappers or airbags as appropriate. This prevents your products from shifting and damaging during transit.

Registered Film and Shrink Wrapping

The other method to secure smaller products is to set them on a pallet and tightly shrink wrap them so the chances of shifting and losing smaller packages are greatly reduced. This method also prevents shifting and breakage during transit. It also helps us secure items that are of irregular shapes. Shrink wrap keeps all the pieces together and guarantees a safe delivery.

Barcode Labeling

The barcode system that we use lets us scan products in and out of inventory. The code also makes it easy for anyone working in the facility to find out everything they need to know about a product and its storage requirements. Scanning the barcode will give them the name of the product, associated part or SKU numbers, manufacturer information, stock levels, storage location, and handling instructions for starters. This also helps us keep tabs on the inventory level at all times.

Heat Tunnel Processing

Heat tunneling is very similar to shrink wrapping in a way that it secures smaller components or packages into a larger shipping unit. It helps prevent shifting during transit just like film and shrink wrapping. The heat tunneling gives an added benefit if the item itself is of odd shape and cannot be fit into a box, the film will conform to the product’s shape as it’s heated. It is very durable and one of the safest means to transport and ship products.
