Nimble and Humble

We offer several plan options for businesses and individuals alike. If you see a plan that’s not entirely what you’re looking for, please keep in mind that we offer plan customization to fit your business needs, so you don’t have to settle for less. Call us and we’ll create a custom plan tailored to you.

Our staff upload pictures to your customer portal so you can always be on top of every progress along the way. We will follow Advanced Protocols when appropriate; otherwise, we will wait for your instructions before processing your package.

You are free to use your address any way you see fit. Feel free to use it for mails, packages or both. Once we have your instructions for forwarding, we will promptly process and ship your orders. The entire processing takes less than 48 hours.

Online Access

You will have seamless access to all your packages, account and plan options from your online portal. As long as you have access to an Internet-enabled device, you can change your plan or account information and check the status of your packages 24x7 from this portal.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY YOU CAN COUNT ON

We don’t open packages unless otherwise requested. We’d usually take pictures of the packages and not their content unless you explicitly request us to check the content for any damages. If you want us to check for damages, verify accuracy, etc. – we will require your explicit permission to open any packages.

If you permit and the package needs further inspection, we will open it in a secured, designated area with restricted access to protect your privacy. We will then photograph and upload any findings to your customer portal so you can see any findings yourself. We finally repack your parcel and process it as appropriate.

Recycling And Shredding

Our business cannot help but generate a significant amount of waste due to its operating nature. We must use a lot of packaging materials and other paper products. In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we participate in several recycling programs and constantly try to reduce the waste we generate.
